GEOTHERMAL AQUACULTURE RESEARCH FOUNDATION

The bottom water reservoir is under the plastic work surface. We fill the reservoir with reef water from the system that the coral is growing in. We rinse the saw with fresh water when we finish with each coral. You can test to determine the best depth for the water in the reservoir. You want it to be just deep enough to touch the bottom of the lower wheel. If the water is too deep the blade will pick up too much water.

Do not try to back the blade out of the coral with the saw running. If you hold the coral tight to the table and advance slowly you will be able to keep the blade from twisting. If the blade does catch you need to reach up and turn the saw off. The swich is very easy to reach.
