This is a simple way to hold the end of the bag while you twist the bag into a rope.
This is an Idaho C-Clamp that can be used by people who do not have a local hardware store:)

Twist the bag slowly so the twist moves down as you push the trigger on the drill.
If you try to do it too fast only one end will tighten up. We have found that the tighter the bag is twised the stronger the rock will be when it is cured.
