Dear Leroy: The owner of the store wouldn't sell it to me at first because he said (it will only work on tanks 20,000 gallons or larger) after a few phone calls I got him to sell it to me. The tank clad comes with 4 gals of paint and one gallon of hardener (4 TO 1 MIX) for approximately $175.00. The paint is fairly thin and I found it easy to paint with a foam brush and then just throw everything away rather than try to clean a regular brush. The top 3 tanks on the unit are clear Rubbermaid storage bins. I thought these would make good gravel bowls for cuttings because they are very inexpensive and easy to plumb with PVC pipe (use a male and female union with O rings. I have also been using the plastic shoe boxes for rotifers green water & brine shrimp. Some mistakes I made that are easy to avoid are;
1.) Make the stand at least 49 inches wide because a 48 inch bulb with end caps don't fit in a 48 in opening.
