In 1997 Mike Paletta gave Sally Jo a small fragment of a brilliant orange Solomon Montipora . This beautiful orange coral cutting was from one of the first shipments from the Solomon Islands. For the first two years this beautiful coral grew very slowly, but now it has adapted and it grows very fast. Orange is a very rare color in ornamental corals.
This coral is a great choice for your first SPS (Small Polyp Stony) and it is rare enough to grace the best collections. Montipora are very easy to propagate because the coral can be broken easily. We use GARF Reef Glue to attach the fragments, and almost every one of them starts to grow. |
We are having a special on all of the coral cuttings. WHEN YOU PURCHASE 5 AT THE REGULAR PRICE OF $100 WE WILL GIVE YOU TWO FREE CORALS!. We will continue to provide the most current data on reef farming for both education and profit.
